About the Owner

Toby Frank was born locally in Denver and raised in the backyards of Littleton and Jefferson County. After his high school graduation, Mr. Frank served in the United States Marine Corps where he received an honorable discharge. Upon his return to Colorado, Toby worked as framing foreman and crew leader while he attended college at nights to obtain his Associates degree in Marketing. He then worked for a local home builder for ten years prior to starting Cottonwood Creek Construction, LLC in October, 2007.

Toby is married to his beautiful wife Megan Frank and has two daughters, Kenna (3 years old) and Bailey (two years old). Mr. Frank enjoys spending his free time with his family. “Raising a two and three year old is a blast! Never a dull moment at our house”, says Toby. His favorite past times include most Rocky Mountain activities including skiing, camping, four-wheeling and hiking. He also enjoys playing basketball and racquetball, riding his dirt bike and playing guitar. Mr. Frank believes his construction knowledge and experience sets him apart from the competition. He has personally built over 650 new homes, 350 basement finishes and hundreds of custom and remodel projects.
